Veneers are thin, tooth-colored shells designed to cover a tooth's front surface to enhance its appearance

The shells are made to bond to the teeth and change their appearance, size, and shape. Conventional porcelain veneers, Lumineers, and composite resin veneers are the most common materials. According to the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), porcelain veneers produce a more natural-looking result lasting 10 to 20 years.

Cosmetic Changes: Veneers can close gaps between teeth or correct small misalignments. They can also be used to straighten teeth, brighten teeth, and fix discolouration, fractures, or chips.

Process: Getting a Veneer at Smile City Square Dental typically involves three visits– the first is to consult, the other two is to construct and apply the veneer. We can bond veneers to one or more teeth at a time. During your consultation, we will try to understand your reasons for wanting veneers and your expectations. We can customize a look according to your preferences. Depending on your long-term goals, we will advise you on which veneers that will be most suitable. We will make a wax mock-up of your veneers so you can see how they will fit in your mouth before making a final decision. As soon as you approve the mock-up, we will continue with the process and schedule an appointment to apply them. We encourage you to come back for a follow-up appointment to check your gums and the veneer placement in the weeks following your veneer installation.
